Threadteller offers artist-designed embroidered textile products, including wall art frames, hand towel sets, table napkin sets and related textile decor/home-linen items.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, dimensions, descriptions and materials accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and photography.
Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to material, finishing and measurement method.
Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may contact you to offer an alternative, revised dispatch timeline or refund.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees, unless stated otherwise.
Prices displayed on the website are intended for customers in India and may include applicable GST unless stated separately at checkout or on the invoice.
We reserve the right to update product prices, discounts, offers and shipping terms from time to time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where there is an obvious technical or pricing error.

Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Force majeure
