At Threadteller, we want you to receive products that are beautiful, accurate and carefully packed. Since our products are textile-based decor and home-linen items, we request customers to read the product description, size, material, care details and images carefully before placing an order.

This policy applies to purchases made on www.threadteller.com, operated by Studio Radhe LLP, trading as Threadteller.

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

To request cancellation, please email us at hello@threadteller.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order has been packed, shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the return/refund terms below will apply.

Returns or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

- You received the wrong product

- The product was damaged in transit

- The product has a clear manufacturing or finishing defect

- The product received is materially different from the product ordered

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, please email hello@threadteller.com with:

- Order number

- Reason for return/replacement request

- Clear photos of the product

- Photos of the packaging

- Unboxing video, if available

Please keep the product unused and in its original packaging until we respond.

A product may not be eligible for return, refund or replacement if:

- It has been used, washed, altered, damaged or stained after delivery

- It is returned without original packaging or required accessories

- Damage is caused by incorrect handling, washing, storage or installation

- The return request is made after the stated return window

- The issue is due to minor colour variation caused by screen/display differences

- The product matches the description, size and images but the customer changes their mind after delivery

For textile products such as hand towels and table napkins, hygiene and use condition are important. Used or washed textile products cannot be accepted for return unless the issue is a verified manufacturing defect.

For wall art frames, please inspect the frame, acrylic front, artwork, hook and packaging soon after delivery.

If the frame or acrylic has arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Please do not attempt repair, alteration or installation before contacting us, as this may affect the return/replacement assessment.

If your request is approved, we may offer:

- Replacement of the same product, subject to availability

- Replacement with another product of similar value, with your consent

- Refund to the original payment method, where replacement is not possible

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or payment gateway. Generally, refunds may take **5–10 business days** after approval, though actual bank processing time may differ.

Shipping charges, if separately charged, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error or transit damage.

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged or defective product, we will guide you on the return process.

If a return is approved for any other exceptional reason, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval after review of the return request.
